Terms & Conditions

1Purchasing our Products
To purchase a product select it and add to cart. Go to Checkout - complete your details and then finish order. We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards. Shoppers outside of the UK will be charged in their own currency via their credit cards or PayPal. We will send an email confirmation to you when we receive your order. This does not mean we have agreed to provide your order at this point. Once we send the goods and take payment at that point we are now in contract and will send you a confirmation Invoice. The reason we accept the order only once we send an invoice is to double check the possibility that we have priced some items wrongly or inadvertantly and this gives us time to fix any such issues and inform you of any such mistake so that we can rectify it. We would contact you in any of these events to discuss the continuation of a purchase should we have to adjust any prices.
2Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped from the UK.
We process your order as soon as possible . Normal delivery from us is 5 business days . Overseas orders can range from 7 to 10 days (most) or up to 28 in extreme cases. Unfortunately we have no control over third party delivery companies.
4Back Orders
If your item is out of stock, we will place this in a back order for you. If you cannot wait for a longer delivery time we are happy to cancel and refund any items that have not yet been shipped.
Where VAT is applicable to items there will be a UK and European charge of 20% VAT is automatically added to the item. Where items are Zero rated or Exempt of Tax there will be no charge.
6Transaction Security
Lang Syne Publishing does not collect or store any credit card information on our systems. All payments are handled by Paypal.
If you do not like any goods you purchase we will refund within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be satisfied. Any refunds will be done minus postage.
